1. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to process your purchase and give you access to the Product: name and email address. Payment (card) details are processed directly by Mercado Pago; we neither see nor store them.
2. Purpose
We use your data to: process your purchase, deliver access to the Product, provide you with support and, if you agree, send you news about new releases. We never sell or share your data for third-party commercial purposes.
3. Third parties involved
- Mercado Pago — payment processing.
- Email service provider — delivery of access links and communications.
- Vercel — site hosting.
Each one handles the data according to its own privacy policy.
4. Your rights
You may request at any time to access, rectify, update or delete your data by writing to elimperiodelavega@gemasdigitales.com.
5. Supervisory authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for Law No. 25.326 and handles complaints and claims regarding the processing of personal data.
6. Security
We adopt reasonable measures to protect your data. Payment transmission takes place over an encrypted connection through Mercado Pago.
