Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the digital product "The House of de la Vega — The Complete Saga" (hereinafter, "the Product") through this site. By purchasing, you accept these terms.

1. The seller

The Product is sold by the owner of the site (hereinafter, "the Seller"). For any inquiries: elimperiodelavega@gemasdigitales.com.

2. Subject matter

The Product consists of a collection of fictional literary works in downloadable digital format (EPUB and PDF), delivered electronically. It does not include any physical goods or postal shipment.

3. Price and payment

The price is expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and includes applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Mercado Pago. The Seller does not store card details.

4. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, you get immediate access to the Product's download page, with no need to create an account. We also send you the download link by email. Delivery is digital and automatic. If you don't receive access, write to our email and we'll resolve it.

5. Intellectual property

The purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, copying or publishing the Product, in whole or in part, by any means, is not permitted.

6. Right of revocation

In accordance with Section 34 of Argentina's Consumer Protection Law No. 24.240, you have a period of 10 calendar days from the purchase to revoke the transaction. Additionally, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To exercise either one, write to our email.

7. Liability

The Product is recreational/literary in nature. The Seller guarantees access to and the integrity of the files, but is not responsible for incompatibilities with the user's third-party devices or software.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. In the event of any dispute, the corresponding ordinary courts shall have jurisdiction.
